We offer delivery, pick-up, and food cart catering for birthdays, weddings, business events, and family gatherings. You can also spot us around Southwest Michigan serving food at festivals, farmers markets, community events, and local businesses.

The story of The Missing Link:
Shane has always had a passion for food. This passion led to working with food in several ways: farming, serving in restaurants, and cooking in a kitchen. However, the real goal was to have a restaurant or pop-up food experience focused on farm-fresh, local ingredients. After years of working with food, Shane was ready to move into entrepreneurship, with the desire to start a food business that would support his family and his future dreams. After dreaming and brainstorming with his wife, Margo, they decided to take the first step forward with a food cart. Combining Shane’s experience in food preparation and service with Margo’s background in branding, communications, and event management, they launched The Missing Link Carts & Catering in March 2021. The business name was born out of their love for puns and sasquatches, and they get so much joy from sharing their food and jokes with customers around Southwest Michigan.
